1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of the Senior Leadership Readiness & Identity Shift Audit, operated by ELT Middle East (P.O. Box 10055, Al Nakheel, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates), contactable at omar@elt.ae.

2. What the audit is, and is not

The audit is a structured self-reflection tool to help you focus your leadership development. It is not a psychometric test, a predictive instrument, a clinical or psychological assessment, or professional advice. Your results are for reflection and discussion. They are not a diagnosis and not a guarantee of any outcome.

3. Using the audit

You agree to answer honestly, to use the audit for your own development, and not to misuse, copy, resell, or attempt to reverse-engineer the audit, its questions, its scoring, or its content.

4. Intellectual property

The audit, including its framework, questions, scoring model, archetypes, anchors, written content and reports, is the intellectual property of ELT Middle East and Ommaar Ismail. You receive a personal report for your own use. You may not reproduce or distribute the underlying model.

5. No warranty and limitation of liability

The audit is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it is error-free or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELT Middle East is not liable for any decision you make on the basis of your results.

6. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
