OEnabling Leadership Identity Shift & Transition

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 August 2026

In short. Your responses are private and belong to you. ELT Middle East collects them only to produce your report and, if you ask, to arrange a debrief with Ommaar Ismail. They are stored securely on servers in the United Kingdom, encrypted and access-controlled. We never sell your data, and we never share it beyond your coaching relationship. You can ask to see or delete your data at any time by emailing omar@elt.ae.

1. Who we are

The Senior Leadership Readiness & Identity Shift Audit is operated by ELT Middle East (P.O. Box 10055, Al Nakheel, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates), which is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at omar@elt.ae.

2. What we collect

  • Your assessment answers: your ratings, your reality-check responses, and any free-text examples you choose to write.
  • Contact details you provide if you complete the contact step to receive your report: your name, email, and optionally your role or occupation.
  • Basic technical information (approximate time of completion, browser type, and the page that referred you) used to keep the service secure and working.

3. Why we collect it

  • To generate and deliver your personalised report.
  • To arrange and inform a debrief or follow-up with Ommaar Ismail, where you request it or agree to be contacted.
  • To keep the service secure and functioning.

We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit your answers and tick the consent box. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

4. Where your data is stored, and who processes it

Your data is held in a dedicated database provided by Supabase, hosted in the United Kingdom (London region), and the service itself is hosted and delivered by Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and data-protection terms. Because our servers are in the United Kingdom, your data may be processed outside the United Arab Emirates; we rely on these providers’ safeguards to protect it in transit and at rest.

5. How we protect it

  • The database is locked down: it is reachable only through a secure server-side key, not from the public internet, with row-level security enabled and no public access.
  • Access to identifiable results is restricted to Ommaar Ismail, through a passcode-protected private view.
  • Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data only for as long as needed to provide your report and any follow-up you request, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. We share it only with the service providers named above, to run the service, and with Ommaar Ismail, your coach.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, withdraw your consent, or object to a particular use. Email omar@elt.ae and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

9. Legal framework

We are a United Arab Emirates entity and handle personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Where other data-protection laws apply to you, for example the UK or EU GDPR given where the data is stored or where you are based, we aim to meet those standards too.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
